A new year of cub scouts is right around the corner!
Join us for sign ups at our bottle rocket kick off on Sunday August 28 from 3-5pm at the methodist camp at the end of Elm st.
We have a fun and exciting year ahead of us.
First grade-Tiger den
Second grade-Wolf den
Third grade- Bear den
Fourth grade-Weblos 1
Fifth grade-Weblos 2
Feel free to bring your own 2 liter bottle decorated or decorate one when you come to use as a bottle rocket.

Bottle Rocket Kick-Off Event 8/30/15 3-5pm

Hey there Pack 351! After a nice summer break, we're excited to announce our Kick Off Event on Sunday 8/30 at the Wrightwood Methodist Camp Dining Hall. Come on down from 3-5pm and find out about our Pack and sign up for the new season. Don't forget to build yourself a bottle rocket* to launch into the air!

We'll conduct sign ups, have a parent meeting, and have lots of fun!

*Look online for tips, but basically you take a 2 liter soda bottle and decorate it. Add a nose cone or wings or whatever you think will make it fly. We'll be launching using water and an air hose.

Rain Gutter Regatta 4/12/15 3pm

We'll be having Pack 351's 1st Annual Rain Gutter Regatta on Sunday April 12, 2015, from 3:00pm-5:00pm. This event will be held at the Wrightwood Methodist Camp. We will be having a potluck, further details for sign-ups will be in email. If you RSVPd by 3/15 your boat will be distributed the week of 3/24. There are to be no modifications made to the boats, only built from the instructions enclosed in the box. Mark your calendar, this is sure to be a great day!

Pack Movie Night 3/29 3pm

Come one, Come all to our Movie Night. This year's main feature will be "Scout Camp"!!! This event will be Sunday, March 29 2015, 3:00pm-5:00pm,at Wrightwood Methodist Camp in Smith Hall (it is located above the main dining hall). We will provide the popcorn and water and you provide pajamas, pillows and blankets!!! Parents wear your pj's too!

Blue & Gold Celebration and Cake Auction 2/22 2pm

Hi Everyone,

This is just a reminder that our Blue and Gold celebration and Cake Auction is this Sunday, February 22, 1025 from 2:00PM -5:00pm at Hillside Church. Each den is responsible for bringing the following: 

Tigers/Wolves/Bears - Cold Side Dishes
Webelos I - Hot side dishes
Webelos II - Hot main dishes

We will have approximately 90 people, so please make sure to bring enough. Also don't forget to have the kids make a cake to auction off. It can be any design. We'll even have a real live auctioneer!

Also, please don't forget to bring tools to donate for Pinewood Derby and/or our tool box for future dens to use.

I just want to thank everyone in advance for all of your help and generosity to making this a special day for the kids.

Derby Update!!! Change of Venue!

Hi Everyone,

Due to circumstances beyond our control and to make this the best Pinewood Derby for the kids, we are having to change our venue of the Pinewood Derby. We will be hosting it at the Wrightwood Methodist Church located at 1543 Barbara Street, in Wrightwood. We will not have this event at the camp.. Please arrive by 2:30pm to check in and weigh your cars. We will be racing at 3:00pm and late comers will not be able to race, only watch.

For all Tigers, Wolves and Bears we are asking that you bring drinks. For all Webelos, we are asking that you bring a snack. In the past we have had approximately 40-50 people, so please make sure you bring an appropriate quantity.
