Table Mountain Camping & Bridging
The camping trip/bridging ceremony is May 13th-15th. We have a block of sites booked at Table Mountain campground. Most will tent camp in these sites. If you'd like to bring an RV or trailer, we're asking that you book your own spot nearby so we don't have any parking issues for everyone else. We're booked near the ampitheater so if you go online and check out the available reservations, try to camp close to there. If you are not going to camp, the actual bridging ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 3-4pm and the Arrow of Light ceremony (awesome Indian presentation for the graduating Webelos) is from 4-5pm. Please try to make it for most of the afternoon though because we'll be doing skills activities before bridging. And of course the campfire activites will be both nights. It will be a lot of fun, hope you can make it!

Church Clean Up & Scout Sunday
February 12th is church clean-up and February 13th is Scout Sunday. Every year the boy scouts and cub scouts show appreciation to the Methodist Church for sponsoring us and providing facilities, etc. On Saturday we go clean up the grounds, paint, etc. The boy scouts generally work for 3-4 hrs and cubs come for 1-2 hrs of that time. On Sunday, the boy scouts do a pancake breakfast event at the church. Cub scouts, although not serving breakfast, are invited to greet and help out where needed. Scouts should be in full uniform. There will be a flag ceremony and a Tiger will ring the church bell. Pastor Dave will then host a service honoring the scouts and what they stand for. All of this begins at 9:30am (1/2 hour before services begin).
2/12 Methodist Church Clean up:
8am at the church- bring shovels, gloves, and rakes, and Scouts PLEASE WEAR ROUGH CLOTHES THAT CAN BE RUINED!
2/13 Scout Sunday:
9:30 at the church in full uniform.
